Centennial Meeting House Closure

The Centennial Meeting House is closed for the remainder of 2020 due to new Covid-19 restrictions placed on gathering sizes.
Governor Holcomb announced that the State of Indiana will be moving into phase 4 of Indiana Back on Track at 12:01am Friday June 12th. This phase will allow playgrounds to open, therefore the Centennial Playground will be open to all residents beginning 12:01am Friday.
Due to the current health situation, the Centennial Homeowners Association are making the following updates (including new policies and procedures) for the upcoming season. These changes are made with guidance from Governor Holcomb’s reopening plan, policies from the Indiana State Dept. of Health and recommendations from Pyle's Pools.
In order to replace the sidewalk and entrance area of the south dog park, THE SOUTH DOG PARK WILL BE CLOSED STARTING TUESDAY, 8-27-19. The outside entrance gate and one fence panel will be removed for this work. Please help keep animals and humans off the new walk until barriers and forms have been removed.
August 20th Board of Directors Meeting Time Change.

Centennial Residents- tonight's Centennial Board of Directors meeting will start at 7pm for homeowners wishing to attend. The Board of Directors will be in Executive Session from 6p to 7p, meaning residents will not be allowed in the Meeting House between 6p - 7p. The purpose of an Executive Session is to assure confidentiality in regards to sensitive information. No formal voting or parliamentary action will take place during tonights Executive Session.
