Pool & Cafe Hours Update

Pool and Cafe 2017 Hours UPDATE
The Cafe will only open if the ambient high temperature forecast is 78 Degrees or Higher! Hours may also vary as to the number of residents at the pool each day!
Hours are 12:45 to 6 each day!
Once, school starts on 8-9-17 we will only be open on the weekends.
THE POOL WILL CLOSE, after Labor Day this year! Past history of staying open has not had the resident turnout as expected!
Pool Keyfobs - What to Do if

If your keyfob for the pool is not working:
Please email sstephens@cas-indiana.com  or  mwagner@cas-indiana.com or call 317-875-5600 and provide the following information:
Name, address, phone number and the first set of digits from the keyfob. We will then reactivate the keyfob for you.  If you have to leave a message or email, we will reactive the keyfob and return the call or email to let you know it has been done.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.   Due to the way some of the keyfobs were registered initially, they have become deactivated in the system.  Please remember that you must be current on your HOA dues to have your fob activated.
If you have lost your keyfob and need a replacement:
Please click here to print the Keyfob application and return per the instructions on the form.
If you need an additional keyfob:
Please click here to print the Keyfob application and return per the instructions on the form.
If you are moving you may give your current keyfob to the new owner.  Please let us know and we will deactivate the keyfob until the new homeowner registers it with us in their name:

If you are a new homeowner and the previous homeowner gave you their pool fob:
Please email sstephens@cas-indiana.com or mwagner@cas-indiana.com  or call 317-875-5600 to register the keyfob in your name.  We will need your name, address, phone number and the number on the keyfob.
If you are a new homeowner and need to request a new keyfob:
Please click here and print the attached Keyfob application and return per the instructions on the form.

 Lastly, if your HOA dues are 30 days or more past due, your keyfob may be deactivated until your account is back in current status.

Street Tree Replacements

If you need to replace a street tree,  they must be replaced with Oak, Elm Cultivars, October Glory or Red Pointe Maple.
Homeowners are advised to employ a reputable landscape company that is familiar with and will comply with City of Westfield rules, regulations and ordinances governing the planting of street trees.
It is the homeowner’s responsibility to remove and replace dead street trees on their property. Replacements should be 2 inch caliper or larger.
Security Systems in Centennial

Centennial could be one of the most secure neighborhoods around.  That's because the Association negotiates and pays the monthly service fees for everyone.  It is your choice to take advantage of it.  The service fees are paid out of the HOA dues that you already pay.  To activate your security system, please call First Mile Securities at 361-4999.
The system requires land line.  If you don't have a land line, First Mile will supply one at a reduced cost just for your security system.  For an extra charge, First Mile also offers a cellular system.
Centennial Meeting House Available for Rent

The Centennial Meeting House is available for rental to all Centennial residents.  The building will accommodate groups of 20-30 people.  The fee is $150.00, with $100.00 being refunded after follow-up inspection. Click here for a copy of the rental agreement.
