Spring Community Garage Sale

The Centennial Spring Community Garage Sale is Saturday, May 30th, rain or shine. The sale is from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with a preview on Friday night for those that want to participate.  Residents Mike and Jill Lyons have graciously arranged for a dumpster and Goodwill Donation Truck again this year.
 
The dumpster and Goodwill truck will be parked at the Greenleaf Center, 770 Pawtucket Drive. Feel free to bring gently used clothes, toys, household items, electronics and furniture to donate.  Goodwill attendants will be present to hand out receipts during the times listed below:
 
Saturday, May 30  10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, May 31     Noon to 5:00 p.m.
 
Discard trash items in the dumpster. Please nothing over-sized or hazardous. Dumpster cannot be filled over the top
 
Road Construction Map

INTERACTIVE MAP HELPS RESIDENTS NAVIGATE ROAD WORK
 
Westfield’s residents will now be able to stay up-to-date on the city’s roadwork thanks to an interactive map.  By clicking on a particular area of construction, residents can also see a description of the project and anticipated completion date. The map is available on Westfield’s home page at www.westfield.in.gov  by clicking the “Road Projects” tab. 
 
Street Tree Replacements

If you need to replace a street tree,  they must be replaced with Oak, Elm Cultivars, October Glory or Red Pointe Maple.
 
Homeowners are advised to employ a reputable landscape company that is familiar with and will comply with City of Westfield rules, regulations and ordinances governing the planting of street trees.
 
It is the homeowner’s responsibility to remove and replace dead street trees on their property. Replacements should be 2 inch caliper or larger.
 
How to Get a Pool Keyfob

If you need a pool fob, please click here for the pool fob application.  Click here for the Pool Rules.  Complete the application and send it as directed on the form.  If you are a new homeowner in Centennial and did not get the keybfob from the previous homeowner, the first keyfob is complimentary.  Additional or replacement keyfobs are $10 each.
 
Security Systems in Centennial

Centennial could be one of the most secure neighborhoods around.  That's because the Association negotiates and pays the monthly service fees for everyone.  It is your choice to take advantage of it.  The service fees are paid out of the HOA dues that you already pay.  To activate your security system, please call First Mile Securities at 361-4999.
 
The system requires land line.  If you don't have a land line, First Mile will supply one at a reduced cost just for your security system.  For an extra charge, First Mile also offers a cellular system.

Centennial Meeting House Available for Rent

The Centennial Meeting House is available for rental to all Centennial residents.  The building will accommodate groups of 20-30 people.  The fee is $150.00, with $100.00 being refunded after follow-up inspection. Click here for a copy of the rental agreement.
