The subsequent annual meeting of the Centennial HOA was held on Tuesday, January 17th.  A quorum was present, and the following homeowners were elected to the Board of Directors and will serve a 3-year term:

Did you know that you can take advantage of a FREE Classified Ad in the Centennial Declaration and on the Centennial Website?  To place an ad in the Declaration, simply log on to www.capturemedia.com and click on Classifieds.  These must be submitted by the 19th of the month to appear in the following month's publication.

The Centennial Meeting House is available to all Centennial residents to rent.  The building will accommodate most small events (20-30 people maximum).  If you are interested in renting the space for a personal function, the cost is $150.00, with $100.00 being refundable after an inspection of the building shows that the facility was properly cleaned and undamaged from the event.

Please remember that when setting up a new profile or editing your current one, it is not necessary to create a separate registration for each member of your family.  You can add your spouse, children and any other household member under one profile.  Each member will receive separate email communications to their personal email address if they so desire.
